Cuvée Aimé 2010
A wonderfully modern vintage, which combines all the attributes conferred by the exceptional site and terroir of the vineyard. A special wine endowed by great definition, depth and a multi-layered presence. A complex and more feminine wine with floral notes.

Vintage: Cuvée Aimé
Grape variety: 85% Tannât, 15% Cabernet Franc
Soil/Climate: Clay soil with large pebble stones located on a steep hillside entirely surrounded by woodland south facing the Pyrenées
Continental climate at the foothills of the Pyrenées
Vinification: Plot per plot vinification initially in concrete thermo regulated vats; natural fermentation with delicate punching down during 15 to 20 days; aging in French oak barrels during 24 months for optimal aromatic complexity: bottling at the estate
Visual: brilliant grenat colour with tints of gold
Nose: the nose is light but harmonious and finally balanced with notes of kirsch, roses and cherry
Tasting: a special wine endowed by great definition, finesse, depth and a multi-layered presence. A complex, elegant and more feminine wine with floral notes
Open several hours before consumption and consider decanting. To be drunk at room temperature 16°C
Food for thought: Poultry, pheasant, meat and oriental dishes, cheese platter, chocolate cake and desert
Rewards: Runner up in the 2019 Norwegian Monopoly l tender for Madiran. Silver medal in the London Wine Competition 2019.

- 18 € (+VAT) for any order under 300 € (including VAT)
- Free shipping for any order of 300€ (including VAT) or more.
For deliveries in any other departement (DOM TOM) of France, please contact us so we can provide a personnalized shipping charge depending on then current shipper charges and volume.
You can mix the vintages and wines in the same case but, in order to ensure delivery in the best possible conditions, we kindly ask you to respect multiples of 6 bottles per case.
